Marius: The Best Restaurant in Amsterdam (LONG) First let me say that obviously this review is based entirely upon my own opinion. However, as someone who grew up in the Bay Area and has been surrounded by great food all her life, I think it’s a pretty valid opinion.

The former butchery in the Amsterdam south where Diny Schouten and Floris Brester since September 2011 have established their ‘Pasteibakkerij’ (‘pie backery’) since September 2011, smells like meat.
